If you are wondering why your 4th class child is fast asleep already, it is possibly due to the endless fun they had on their school tour today. Here is just a taste of what they got up to!
1st class had an aMAZ(E)ing time trying to find their way out of Kildare Maze!! So much fun for one day that many had to take a much needed nap on the bus home. It’s not easy having this much fun!
Ms Cantwell’s Class had a fantastic day on their school tour – plenty of pets were loved and fed along the way!
5th Class had a great time looking into the past at Glasnevin Museum and Cemetery tour. Plenty of photos were taken on the day – but they are just filtering into the blog “newsdesk” as we type here!
If a picture speaks a thousand words then these photos will have everyone talking for a long time!! 6th class had an adventurous day to say the least. Apologies parents for all the washing but the girls had a ball!!
The students of Junior Infants had a fabulous day at Glendeer Pet Farm. The first of many great tours to come!!
The girls of 3rd had a day they will never forget. They visited the Chocolate Garden of Ireland in Tullow. They had a super time eating and creating some chocolate treats. Here are some of the many photos taken during the day!
2nd Class had the most wonderful day at Dublin Zoo. It was the first time that many of these girls had visited the zoo – so it was extra special to see so many exotic animals up close and personal!!!
The pupils of Ms. Daly’s class have just gotten their hands on the recently launched children’s book Andy Ash and they are absolutely loving it! Andy Ash was written and illustrated by two local ladies Julianne McKeigue and Laura Guinan. We are vey proud to say that Julianne is a past pupil of Scoil Mhuire!!…
Senior Infants went to Turoe Pet Farm today and they had the best time meeting all the animals and even getting a chance to feed some of them! Each and everyone had a great day and there were some very sleepy people on the journey home. Rain did nothing to dampen their spirits!
