Scoil Mhuire Tullamore

Today was Grandparents’ Day and to mark this special occasion the pupils of Ms. Delaney’s first class have been learning about toys that their parents/grandparents played with long ago! Lots of teddies and dolls featured, but not too many computer games! They talked about what toys are the same as long ago and what ones are different and why. Here are some of the toys brought in by the boys and girls that they borrowed from their mammies and daddies, uncles aunties and grandparents. Teacher brought in her toy telephones and her teddy!
