This is a very special week here at Scoil Muire as our 6th class girls prepare for their Confirmation. After months of preparation they will be confirmed this Saturday at 11am. This year 4th and 5th class have joined in the celebrations as the Scoil Mhuire Choir will be performing at the ceremony.
We also had a visitor today at the school – Garda Maher popped in to speak to the children about road safety . It is vitally important that children take extra special care when crossing the roads. We ask that everyone be vigilant when dropping off and picking children up at the school as the building works may cause some disruption to usual parking areas.

Ms. Waters and Ms Tannian’s classes made delicious cupcakes on Friday – but we were too busy eating the goodies to post anything online. Thankfully we managed to snap some photos before they were all demolished.
