Scoil Mhuire Tullamore

If you have popped into our school over the last 24 hours, you may have noticed a GIANT shiny trophy that is sitting pride of place at the reception. The trophy was brought home to us by our spectacular team of girls Nera, Belle, Úna, Yemi and Imelda who won the Colin Dunne, Offaly Schools Athletics Championships!! Since the competition’s inception in 2010, this is the first time that Scoil Mhuire girls have won.

We are so proud of this marvellous bunch of girls, who in their final year here at Scoil Mhuire are leaving on a high as champions! We are also so fortunate to have had another great team who showed wonderful promise and will definitely be in the running for making this a two in a row victory for Scoil Mhuire next year – well done Rachel, Maggie, Abigail, Emma and Ciara.
