Beast from the East didn’t put 3rd class students off making their scientific investigations at Tullamore train station during Engineers Week. The girls investigated the design & structure of the 4 bridges visible at Tullamore train station and also got to investigate a train & how it works before it set off on its travels to Galway.
3rd class spent Tuesday morning learning lots of new & interesting facts about engineering from Ivan Merrick. This wonderful event was facilitated by Steps engineers Ireland for Engineers Week.
