We all know that we should cut back on sugar and today the children(and teachers!!) had a chat with Alicia, a nutritionist and baker who is a supplier to Fresh Today ( the company that supplies our delicious, healthy snacks) and we now know exactly how much sugar we consume. Some of us grown ups were heartbroken by the amount of sugar that’s even hiding in our cereal and sauces!! Very educational all round!! Our daily intake should only be about 6/7 teaspoons!
