Today the confirmation students were treated to a wonderful talk on the Camino de Santiago by our former principal Máire McRedmond. Ms. McRedmond brought in lots of treasures from her four arduous,yet rewarding treks along the Camino Way. These included her special Camino passport and certificate of completion of the 500 mile walk. Did you know that St. James’ Gate in Dublin is in fact a stop along the Camino??!! Absolutely fascinating. We cannot thank Ms. McRedmond enough for sharing her stories, photos and first hand knowledge with us- the students greatly appreciated it.
