A unique blend of butter was created in 1st class today, using ‘Kilcruttin’ butter and ‘Charleville’ butter. Many hands were on board to churn the cream. The two teams were delighted to taste their creamy spread on lovely brown bread.
Maybe they will try ice-cream making next?!
