It is all about Halloween in Aistear this week and the children had a wonderful time getting into character! The students of Ms. Conroy’s class then discovered that maths is even a part of creating Rice Krispie treats!! That is the kind of maths that we all LOVE!!
Another successful Maths Week was held here at Scoil Mhuire this week. All the classes took part in a wide variety of activities- including Maths Trails, challenges and quizzes. Junior Infants were lucky to have 6th class on hand to help them out with a few tricky questions. 2nd class girls were busy as well.

1st class enjoyed ‘Three in a Row’ this afternoon to celebrate Maths Week. The big question on our minds now is ‘Will Team Bees win Group of the Week next week to make it ‘three in a row’?!’ Happy Friday!
