It has been a cross curricular few weeks in Mr. Walsh’s class. The students have been learning about minibeasts in reports, writing poetry and carrying out a minibeast hunt. The girls of Scoil Mhuire went green today as part of “Let’s Talk” awareness and information event organised by Offaly Minding Our Mental Health. You will have noticed the green ribbons all over the town. Well done ladies!

A unique blend of butter was created in 1st class today, using ‘Kilcruttin’ butter and ‘Charleville’ butter. Many hands were on board to churn the cream. The two teams were delighted to taste their creamy spread on lovely brown bread. Maybe they will try ice-cream making next?!
