Pancake Tuesday, Shrove Tuesday, Máirt na hInide, Mardi Gras……whatever you call today, we call it heavenly! The smell of pancakes filled the air as every student (and staff member…) enjoyed the delicious pancakes prepared by Mary, Geraldine and co. Hundreds of pancakes were flipped and demolished by everyone. Thank you so much to everyone who made this yet another wonderful Pancake Tuesday to remember!!
