It was a bittersweet day here at Scoil Mhuire. The boxes are piled high and the students have gone home. We are about to embark on the next chapter of this school’s remarkable story.
We opened the doors 60 years ago on Saturday and tomorrow the first phase of the “Big Move” will take place.
Plenty will be blogged and written about this once the literal dust has settled. In the meantime our last pupil to leave the school in its original form was escorted out the door by her teacher Ms. Lee.
Exciting times!!!
